Drosos Foundation is an organization that provides assistance to marginalized communities enabling them to live a life of dignity and achieve financial sustainability. However, Drosos program managers face difficulty when assessing the eligibility of small non-profits for funding. ATC’s trainers and consultants led a multistage assessment of the Foundation’s grant application, selection, and monitoring and evaluation pipeline. This exercise focused on integrating business and financial modelling principles to grant making to ensure funded long-term project sustainability after the grant-making period.
